We are now offering both face-to-face and telehealth appointments, but face-to-face are restricted to only patients with NO Flu-like symptoms.
If you have any flu like symptoms you can book a telehealth appointment in the first instance and get advice over a video or an audio call. Sorry for any inconvenience caused and thank you for your understanding.
Also please note on some days some doctors are working from home so they can only do telehealth appointments on those days, if you are unsure please check with reception.
To ensure we run an efficient and effective practice, we have implemented a new fee policy from 1st August 2018 in regards to those who do not show up for their appointments or cancel late. If you are unable to make your appointment, please inform us a minimum of 2 hours prior to the appointment time to avoid fee.
Please ensure to complete personal details sections of medical forms prior to your visit to the Doctor.
GP Services at our centre are primarily bulk billed however there may be costs that Medicare does not cover, our staff can discuss these with you. Please bring your medicare card and any other concession cards to present them when you check in.

Our Pathology collection room is provided by 4Cyte Pathology.
They are open Monday to Saturday from 9am to 1pm. They are closed on Sundays.
They accept pathology requests made for other pathologies.
It is a walk-in service every day.
Our Doctors may refer you for tests/x-rays/scans or onto a Specialist. It is your responsibility to check into any costs and cover any fees/charges these services may involve.

We will be offering COVID-19 Vaccinations from 25th March 2021 for eligible patients as per the Department of Health guidelines. They will be offered to patients in Phase 1b. If you think you may need a longer than normal appointment time you should advise reception staff when booking the appointment. Some appointments such as Medicals, Health Checks and Care Plans may need to be rescheduled if the appropriate time has not been allocated.

We are required to fulfil our ethical and legal responsibilities, we therefore require that you attend your doctor in order to receive prescriptions for your medications (if your regular doctor is not available, another of our doctors will be happy to assist).
We are able to issue a medical certificate after an examination by one of our doctors. You will therefore need to make an appointment for your medical certificate with your doctor in person.
All work cover consultations must be paid in Cash/Eftpos/Credit Card by the patient on the day of consultation (unless a confirmation is received from an employer to accept the account)

This medical practice uses the Telephone Interpreter Service when required. We can arrange an “over the phone” service or an “on site” service with 48 hours notice.
Our staff DO NOT give results over the phone. If your results have come back and your Doctor needs to see you, our staff will call you and arrange an appointment for you. Alternatively, you may make an appointment for a few days after you have had your tests done to discuss the results with your Doctor.
Our Doctors are unable to take telephone calls while attending to patients, if you require to speak to your Doctor, our staff will take a message and the Doctor will call you back, usually at the end of the session. At the moment, due to privacy issues, our Doctors are not able to discuss personal information via email or text.
Our Practice is committed to Preventive Care. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventive health services appropriate for your care. An example of this would be a Pap Smear or Annual Flu Vaccination reminder. If you do not wish to be a part of this system, please let us know at the reception.
