Palmers Medical Centre doctors would like to welcome new patients to the medical centres in both Woodlea and Truganina. The practising doctors offer exceptional medical service to their patients. The medical care is of the highest quality, with doctors and staff who care about your health as an individual.
For new patients, please download the form below, fill it our prior to your appointment, and bring it in with you or email it to your relevant practice (Truganina or Woodlea).
Telehealth appointments are available, especially for those with flu like symptoms. Some patient are not eligible to claim rebate from Medicare due to Medicare eligibility rules.

We are happy to register you as new patients if you are looking to start visiting our practice. Please check our online system to make a new patient appointment
Palmers Medical Centre is now a fully bulk billing service for all medicare card holders for all elgiible services which include all regular visits for patients of any age group.
We recommend you wear face masks if you are unwell with symptoms of any communicable diseases e.g. with any flu like symptoms.
